I just played a couple of games, and both times, I got instances of two balls in the shooter lane before a plunge, and once with a ball kicked out while there was still one in play.

Just tested this (2 games) and could not replicate. I'll wait to hear back from Chris to see if he's fixed this, cuz it kinda seems fixed!
