Some lamps aren't working

There are a few controlled lamps that aren't working, including:

• * The light below the T drop target in METEOR

• * The fourth light from the bottom at the spinner (the one associated with the second E in METEOR)

• * The left SPOT METEOR TARGET insert

The SPOT METEOR TARGET insert is the most significant of these, since the player might want to avoid it if it's lit and there's only one drop target still up.
