It's not kicking the ball out on game start

From Amanda's notes: not kicking out any ball to start the game, after a short time it fires a pop bumper then declares the ball drained and counts bonus and goes to ball 2 but never puts a ball in the shooter lane

It looks like the trough kicker isn't firing, even in switch test mode.

I also cleaned corrosion from board pins and (unnecessarily) replaced q23
