Not kicking out ball

From Amanda's notes: not kicking out any ball to start the game, after a short time it fires a pop bumper then declares the ball drained and counts bonus and goes to ball 2 but never puts a ball in the shooter lane 

It looks like the trough kicker isn't firing, even in switch test mode.

I suspect Q23 on the board has popped. Need to ground the tab to test.

Bad fuse. Green led still on under fuse though.

I also cleaned corrosion from board pins and (unnecessarily) replaced q23
