I played several games on it and I think what is happening is the VUK works sometimes and then either gets weak or something triggers it without a ball there. I turned it off but did not put a sign on it.

There's a rubber that sits at the bottom of the vuk's rod. We found it in the bottom of the game. It's ripped, but I was able to reinstall it. Vuk was able to get the ball out of the trough. Rubber needs to be replaced.
