Upper flipper loose

I replaced the broken flipper bushing (it had snapped). It was binding after putting in the new one in. Also the capacitor had broken off of one of the switch lugs for the upper flipper. I tried to put it back on but may not have. been completely successful. While testing it though both right flippers quit working. Had to leave before I could diagnose that new issue.

I can put some time in on this next week before TPF if you'd like.
