Extra ball not lit when you hit the shot to get

I've encountered this as well, but I assumed that it may have been placed in competition mode with extra balls disabled. The mystery award also consistently seems to be worth 5 million points, which further reinforces the suspicion that it's in competition mode.

When it was originally brought into the space, extra balls were enabled and the mystery award was random.

Just made the adjustment. Now a max of 4 extra balls can be scored. along with 3 second ball save. Both settings are factory settings. Comp mode is off as well. Should be more fun!
