Not kicking out a ball at the start of the game

The issue is with the kick out switch. Apparently it only uses that switch at the start of a game. If you take the ball and drain it the kick out works. They Apparently use a time delay from the outhole switch triggering when in a game

Turned out it only had one ball installed. Found the other ball in the coin door and all is good now.
