Document the correct right-lean angle

This machine needs to have a slight lean to the right to avoid balls released from Magneto draining down the middle. We should document that angle somewhere (perhaps as a machine note in Pinpoint), and also do something to help avoid an accidental re-leveling, or to help serve as a reminder if the machine is ever moved. For example, we could perhaps put tags on the leg bolts so that anyone who would attempt to level the machine would be certain to see them.
